Continuously Variable Transmission means the drive shaft is always in the right gear. For ease of use, you can count on the engine braking feature to help slow you down when going downhill.

This package provides a more powerful magneto with 625 W of power output.

  • Dual-Room Air Box

The new air box has been reconfigured and placed at a higher, more centralized location for filtering and processing air. The no-tools air box features a dual-room design, capturing dirty air in one portion of the box and clean air in the other before sending it to the engine.

  • Large 5.4-gal Fuel Tank

  • Relocated radiator

Located in place of the front rack, the Can-Am Outlander X mr's radiator is kept out of the mud and wears a protective, vented cover, ensuring you'll be able to enjoy all-day rides in deep goop. The large, efficient radiator offers approximately 22 kW of cooling capacity.

  • Surrounding Spar Technology (SST) G2 Frame

The next-generation, industry-exclusive SST G2 frame with Geometric Contact Control. The more efficient welded-steel frame incorporates new processes and updated geometry for increased structural integrity, improved durability, and precision handling.

  • Torsinal Trailing Arm Independent (TTI) Rear Suspension

The only independent rear suspension that eliminates scrub and camber changes, meaning the wheels pivot up and down rather than in a butterfly motion. This ensures the vehicle moves only in the direction you point it. Reconfigured for improved traction and optimal transfer of power to the ground.

  • Double A-arm front suspension with dive-control

Includes dive-control geometry for better cornering and vehicle-braking dynamics. The use of a shortened spindle, along with anti-kickback geometry, provide a better steering feel.

  • Tri-Mode Dynamic Power Steering (DPS)

The Tri-Mode DPS™ features three selectable modes (MIN, MED, and MAX) of steering, depending on rider preference. It is designed to offer less assist at high speed and more assist at low speed. Direct Link technology ensures fast response and less kickback. Also comes with Visco-Lok† QE.

  • Visco-Lok† QE auto locking front differential

All DPS-equipped models have Visco-Lok† QE, which has all the features and benefits of the standard quick-engagement Visco-Lok† differential, but with an even quicker engagement point. This differential, unlike some competitors' differentials, does not have a speed limiter.

  • 28" Maxxis Mudzilla8 Tires on 12" Wheels

The 28-in Maxxis Mudzilla8 6-ply tires offer exceptional mud characteristics. Large lugs and an aggressive tread pattern are designed to give maximum traction in the mud and a smooth ride to the next mud hole. The 12-in cast-aluminum wheels reduce unsprung weight and offer improved strength.
