• Rotax® V-Twin Engine

71-hp Rotax 800R liquid-cooled V-Twin engine with four valves per cylinder and single overhead camshafts. All feature twin fuel injectors that supply efficient fuel delivery into the combustion chamber for powerful, yet precise performance.

• Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT)

Continuously Variable Transmission means the drive shaft is always in the right gear. For ease of use, you can count on the engine braking feature to help slow you down when going downhill.

• Industry-Leading Power-to-Weight Ratio

Every Can-Am is built with a Rotax® engine, featuring best-in-class power and industry leading power-to-weight ratio. Unmatched power provides a performance edge and delivers superior fuel efficiency.

• Dual-Room Air Box

The new air box has been reconfigured and placed at a higher, more centralized location for filtering and processing air. The no-tools air box features a dual-room design, capturing dirty air in one portion of the box and clean air in the other before sending it to the engine.

• Large 5.4-gal Fuel Tank

Ride longer and get the job done with the large-capacity fuel tank.

• Large Radiator with Increased Cooling Capacity

The larger, more efficient radiator offers almost double the cooling capacity, keeping the engine running cool for optimal performance. The radiator capacity has grown by 14 kW thanks to the latest engineering updates.

• Surrounding Spar Technology (SST) G2 Frame

The next-generation, industry-exclusive SST G2 frame with Geometric Contact Control. The more efficient welded-steel frame incorporates new processes and updated geometry for increased structural integrity, improved durability, and precision handling.

• Torsional Trailing Arm Independent (TTI) Rear Suspension

The only independent rear suspension that eliminates scrub and camber changes, meaning the wheels pivot up and down rather than in a butterfly motion. This ensures the vehicle moves only in the direction you point it. Reconfigured for improved traction and optimal transfer of power to the ground.

• Independent Front & Rear Brake Controls

Independent front and rear brake controls deliver a sportier ride.

• Visco-Lok† Auto-Locking Front Differential

Exclusive to Can-Am, Visco-Lok is a progressively and automatically locking front differential system. The system intelligently transfers power from a slipping front wheel to the opposing wheel with traction. No buttons to push or levers to pull. Get progressive lock-up with no rev or speed limiter.

• Front & Rear FOX HPG Shocks

The Renegade 800R wears preload-adjustable high-pressure gas (HPG) shocks, front and rear, with a specific calibration to soak up high- and low-speed bumps and keep the ride smooth. The Renegade also offers a ground clearance of 10.5 in.

• ITP Holeshot ATR Sport Radial Tires on 12" Wheels

A versatile tire for proven, all-around trail performance and traction in a wide variety of conditions. Installed on 12-in cast-aluminum wheels, with a centerless design that reduces unsprung weight and offers improved strength. Durability was increased in strategic areas while excess material was eliminated in other spots to save weight.

• 240-W Headlights

The four 60-W projectors offer enhanced visibility for trail riding.
